A smooth, malt-forward English Style ale showcasing layers of roasted grain, toffee, and subtle chocolate. A collaboration Here & Now Brewing and Blind Cat Beer Company, this bright, deep-straw, golden IPA delivers everything you love about a classic West Coast. The aroma bursts with grapefruit zest, citrus brightness, and resinous pine. A crisp, medium malt backbone sets the stage before clean waves of grapefruit and pine roll through the finish. Medium-bodied, refreshing, and unabashedly West Coast.

We’ve heard about this place called Slab Castle. History tells us that it was an uptown attraction in Honesdale. It’s hard to find much more than that. What we did find, though, was inspiration for a rich, luxurious stout with dark chocolate and coffee notes that finishes with flavors of cherries and stone fruit.
