Hard working, honest folks built this building. Everywhere we looked, we found their signatures. This hardworking, honest cream ale was brewed in their honor.

Deep Amber and brilliantly clear with a fine white head. Layered malt character shows toasted bread crust, light biscuit, and a hint of honey, balanced by soft herbal hops. Smooth and crisp with a clean, dry finish. Lagered to perfection for balance and drinkability.

An incredible, wonderful pale ale brewed for this incredible, wonderful place we call home - this time brewed with malt from our home. Clean with bright notes of citrus and dark stone fruit.

We’ve heard about this place called Slab Castle. History tells us that it was an uptown attraction in Honesdale. It’s hard to find much more than that. What we did find, though, was inspiration for a rich, luxurious stout with dark chocolate and coffee notes that finishes with flavors of cherries and stone fruit.
