Line Cook
Job Description:
• Complies with and enforces sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Helps in planning and directing food preparation
• Prepares food for service
• Sets up service stations and restocks with necessary supplies through their shift
• Cleans service stations and consolidates and stores leftover food
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Etc.
Qualifications:
• Ability to work alone and as part of the team
• Ability to stand all day and carry 55 pounds
• The mythical talent to return things to where one found them would be awesome!
• Culinary experience is a plus, but overall enthusiasm about food/beer and willingness and excitement to learn are necessitates

Dishwasher
Job Description:
• Complies with and enforces sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen sanitizing surfaces, mopping
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Sanitize and clean surfaces
• Mop the floor
• Break down boxes, take out the trash
• Measures ingredients for cooking
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Etc.
Qualifications:
• Ability to work alone and as part of the team.
• Ability to stand all day and carry 55 pounds.
